Personal Injury

Personal injury claims can be complicated, but not every case requires a lawyer. If settling your case directly without a lawyer is an option for you, we will explain the alternatives so that you can decide if you need to hire an attorney.

Our first concern is your health. Our foremost goal is to ensure that you have been correctly diagnosed and treated for your injuries. We look for conditions that may have been overlooked, and we may suggest that you be examined by other medically specialties to increase the chances of maximum medical recovery.

We work with you, your auto insurer, and your health insurer to confirm payment of your ongoing medical bills to the greatest extent possible. Where insurance is not available, we work with your health care providers on payment plans and lien guarantees until your case is settled.

We consider the value of your claim only when you are sufficiently recovered from your injuries. Unlike many attorneys, our fees are graduated – we charge 25% of the gross recovery if settlement is reached before suit is filed, and 33.33% thereafter (fees may be higher in the event of trial or appeal). We are here for you throughout the litigation process, helping you answer interrogatories, preparing you for deposition and trial, and making sure you understand the litigation process at every stage.
