Caleb’s practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce/dissolution, legal separation, domestic partnership dissolutions, parenting plan and child support modifications, adoption, child custody, and LGBT-specific legal issues. Caleb approaches his practice with an understanding of both the legal issues and the emotional toll involved in complex family law matters. He understands that each case is unique and believes in taking the time necessary to ensure that each client’s concern is heard and addressed head-on. Caleb prides himself in resolving difficult legal matters on behalf of his clients through effective negotiation or direct advocacy. His fluency in French and Spanish also allow Caleb to represent a broad range of clients.

Prior to joining Moschetto & Koplin, Inc., Caleb served as a Law Clerk for Spencer Anderson Buhr PLLC in Seattle, working primarily in the areas of family law, estate planning, and small business litigation. While in law school, Caleb served as Vice President of the Seattle University Dispute Resolution Board and President of OutLaws, the LGBT law student association. He also spent a summer working directly with Spanish-speaking clients at the Universidad Centroamericana’s legal clinic in Managua, Nicaragua. Prior to attending law school, Caleb worked as a Tax and Litigation Legal Assistant at Shearman & Sterling LLP in Washington, D.C. Caleb received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Romance Languages and Literatures (French and Spanish) from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
